We are a small family run huacaya alpaca ranch.
In 2005 we purchased our first 4 bred females and a breeding male and very impatiently awaited our first cria (babies).We assumed that given enough hours sitting in the pasture with our pregnant females we would witness our beautiful females giving birth.WELL- now we realise that the girls had other ideas- just when you nip back to the house or go out of sight, the cria do arrive usually quite quickly and with no help from us.
Since then we have been lucky enough over the years to catch a glimpse of some births, which we found  to be very special.

We strive to produce a good quality alpaca with many desirable traits including fine, dense, shiny fleeces with good crimp definition, whilst also ensuring superb conformation. We spend time with our alpacas to ensure that they feel comfortable around us when we need to attend to their needs such as nail clipping and shearing and we enjoy our interactions with our alpacas.

We enjoy showing our alpacas and have earned respectable ribbons in the process.Its beneficial to go to the shows too as each judge offers their comments and as a result we gain more knowledge each time we show our alpacas.
It is enjoyable too spending time with other alpaca breeders and sharing our knowledge.

We have our alpaca fleece processed by a mill into yarn, socks, insoles etc.Our hand knitted products are beautifully knitted by 3 ladies for us.
Our hand knitted items include mittens, scarves, hats, and neck warmers. We also sell yarn and do custom orders.
Alpaca fibre has many appealing properties being very warm, strong and comfortable and versatile and  considered  hypoallergenic.
